Terms of Service

WILL DRAW: blood, violence, body horror, partial nudityWILL NOT DRAW: fetish artI reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.Commission slots will remain open until the commission has been fully paid for.Commissions will be finished within 4-5 weeks after payment. If more time is necessary for completion, you will be contacted.Rush orders will be at an additional cost depending on the deadline.Commissioner is allowed to request edits, but if the edits require more than one hour to fix, this will incur a fee.Reference pictures are required.
PAYMENT:
Full payment is due upfront before I start work on your commission.Payment will be in USD via PayPal.Cryptocurrency will NOT be accepted as payment.Full payment will be refunded if I have to cancel for any reason.
USAGE:
Commissions are ONLY for personal use and not for commercial purposes.Commissioners are not allowed to use commissions as NFTs.Commissioners are allowed to post the artwork on social media as long as the commissioner does not claim it as their own work. Credit is appreciated.I retain the right to use the artwork on my social media and in my portfolio.
